Project and Program Delivery
We run the work end to end. Planning, budget, risk, vendor management, reporting, and the awkward conversations that keep a schedule honest.
Disciplined Delivery. Enduring Results.
AQ Professional Services Inc. plans, governs and delivers the programs that organizations cannot afford to get wrong. We work with school boards, colleges, municipalities, agencies and regulated business across Canada and the United States.
The people named in the proposal are the people who do the work.
What we do
Some clients need one of these. Most need two or three running together.
We run the work end to end. Planning, budget, risk, vendor management, reporting, and the awkward conversations that keep a schedule honest.
Setting up a project office, or fixing one that produces reports nobody reads. Intake, gating, prioritization and a reporting line executives will actually use.
Where you are now, where you need to be, and a route between the two that survives a budget cycle. Includes strategic planning facilitation and technology roadmaps.
We map how the work actually runs today, then redesign structure, roles and workflow around what we find on the ground.
A rollout is only finished once people are actually using the thing. We plan the communication, build the training and measure whether it took.
Requirements through to contract start. We have sat on both sides of this, which helps when the responses arrive and the demos start.
How we work
None of this is unusual. Doing all four on every job is the harder part.
Org charts, budgets, position descriptions, prior studies, the report from three years ago that never got implemented. Reading it first means interviews are spent on what the paperwork cannot tell us.
One-to-one interviews and an anonymous survey, reported only in aggregate. That is where people tell you what is actually wrong. They will not do it in front of their manager.
Every recommendation carries its impact, cost and feasibility. Leadership should be choosing between options they understand. Too often they are handed one and asked to approve it.
Measures, named owners and dates. It is how you make sure nothing agreed in week three quietly disappears by week thirty.

Our software
Luceryn is our own project, client and service management platform. It came out of years of running programs on software that was never designed for them. Clients can work in it during an engagement, or license it on its own and keep it afterwards.
Either way, we are the implementation partner.
