ScaleMore than 14,000 staff across approximately 200 sites

Our roleEngagement lead and senior project manager

Unified Communications Transformation

Replacement of legacy voice infrastructure with cloud telephony and a contact centre platform, across every school and administrative site in the organization.

The work covered current-state assessment in each business area, target-state architecture, the governance framework, a phased implementation roadmap, and the change and adoption program that went with it. Sites on that scale cannot all be cut over at once, so the sequencing mattered as much as the technology.

ScaleOrganization-wide, against a fixed compliance deadline

Our roleEngagement lead and senior project manager

Multi-Factor Authentication Rollout

Organization-wide identity and access control rollout against a fixed compliance deadline, reaching 95 percent adoption within target.

Scope ran from policy design and access control standards through role definition, training and staged departmental sequencing. The deadline could not move, so the plan was built backwards from it and the adoption number was tracked weekly the whole way through.
