What we do

Six practice areas.

Engagements usually combine two or three of these. A structure review turns into a change program. A roadmap turns into a procurement. We scope to the problem in front of us.

01

Project and Program Delivery

We run the work end to end. Planning, budget, risk, vendor management, reporting, and the awkward conversations that keep a schedule honest.

What it covers

  • Integrated project plans, budgets and resource forecasts
  • Risk and issue registers that get worked every week
  • Vendor and contract management through to close
  • Steering committee and executive reporting
  • Recovery of projects that have stalled or lost their sponsor

Typical deliverables

Project charter, integrated plan, risk register, status reporting pack, closure report.

02

PMO Design and Uplift

Setting up a project office, or fixing one that produces reports nobody reads. Intake, gating, prioritization and a reporting line executives will actually use.

What it covers

  • Intake and demand management, so work stops arriving by hallway conversation
  • Stage gates, approval thresholds and delegation of authority
  • Portfolio prioritization against what the team can actually absorb
  • Templates, standards and a document set people will keep using
  • Benefits tracking after go-live

Typical deliverables

PMO charter, governance model, gating framework, template set, portfolio dashboard.

03

Strategy, Planning and Roadmaps

Where you are now, where you need to be, and a route between the two that survives a budget cycle. Includes strategic planning facilitation and technology roadmaps.

What it covers

  • Current-state assessment across business areas and systems
  • Target-state definition with options and trade-offs priced out
  • Multi-year roadmaps sequenced against funding and capacity
  • Facilitated planning sessions with councils, boards and executive teams
  • Business cases and needs assessments ahead of a major procurement

Typical deliverables

Current-state findings, target-state model, phased roadmap, business case, board presentation.

04

Organizational Design and Process Improvement

We map how the work actually runs today, then redesign structure, roles and workflow around what we find on the ground.

What it covers

  • Structure, span of control and reporting line review
  • Role and responsibility definition where accountability is blurred
  • Process mapping of current state, then future-state redesign
  • Staffing level and workload analysis
  • Cross-departmental handoffs, which is where most of the delay hides

Typical deliverables

Process maps, organizational options with impact and feasibility, role descriptions, implementation plan.

05

Change Management and Adoption

A rollout is only finished once people are actually using the thing. We plan the communication, build the training and measure whether it took.

What it covers

  • Stakeholder analysis and impact assessment by group
  • Communication planning that runs the length of the rollout, including the quiet months
  • Training materials, floor support and champion networks
  • Adoption measurement with a target and a remediation path
  • Resistance handling at the department level

Typical deliverables

Change plan, communication calendar, training package, adoption dashboard.

06

Procurement and Vendor Selection Support

Requirements through to contract start. We have sat on both sides of this, which helps when the responses arrive and the demos start.

What it covers

  • Requirements gathering and specification writing
  • RFI, RFP and statement of work preparation
  • Evaluation criteria, scoring models and evaluator briefing
  • Demonstration scripting and reference checking
  • Negotiation support and transition into delivery

Typical deliverables

Requirements traceability matrix, solicitation documents, evaluation framework, award recommendation.

How we price

Firm fixed price, wherever we can.

Most of our public sector work is quoted as a firm, fixed, all-inclusive fee covering every deliverable, all travel and all document production. No hourly billing, no reimbursable expenses appearing later. It puts the risk of an under-scoped estimate on us, which is where it belongs.

Where the work genuinely cannot be scoped in advance, we quote a daily or hourly rate with a not-to-exceed ceiling and report against it monthly. We will tell you which of the two applies before you ask.

Thirty days of clarification support after final delivery is included at no cost on fixed fee engagements.

Not sure which of these you need?

That is a normal place to start. Describe the situation and we will tell you what it actually is.
